E7 - Should you use Facebook groups or Slack for community building?

It may take a village to raise a child and so too does it take a community to raise a business. Facebook groups and Slack channels can be effective ways of educating and engaging your core audience. Building a sense of community with your users can really differentiate you from the competition and give you the springboard needed to get quality feedback on new features or be your first new customers for new business ventures.
